Pay Scale

For S No – 1: Rs. 67700 – 208700/- Per Month
For S No – 2: Rs. 78800 – 209200/- Per Month
For S No – 3 & 4: Rs. 37400 – 67000/- Per Month

Qualification

For S No – 1: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; AND Three years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.
For S No – 2: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute; AND Six years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.
For S No – 3: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University /Institute; and 14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15, 600-39, 100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent or higher out of which 9 years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.
For S No – 4: Degree in Commerce / Accounts from a recognized university or ICAI/ ICWAI / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute; Or Member of any organized Group-‘A’ Finance/ Accounts related Service of the Central Government or of the State Government; and 14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15, 600- 39, 100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-(pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent or higher out of which 7 years’ experience in Financial Accounting/ Budgeting/ Internal Audit/ Contract Management/ Fund Management/ Disbursement in an organization of repute.

Interested and eligible who wish to apply for Manager posts in NHAI, they are required to apply through online mode by filling online application on NHAI official website at nhai.gov.in from 2nd November 2020 and before 1st January 2021. Duly filled-in print-out of the ONLINE application, forwarded by parent department of the applicant along with the prescribed ‘Verification Certificate’, should reach NHAI at the DGM (HR & Admn.)-I A, National Highways Authority of India, Plot No: G – 5&6, Sector – 10, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075, on or before 15.01.2021 (6.00 PM).
