Qualification/ Experience

S No – 1: Ph.D. degree in Engineering/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Biology/ Material Science
S No – 2: M.E./ M. Tech. degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering with 55% Marks in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with At least 8 year experience in relevant field as Engineer, of which 5 years should be as Assistant Engineer in the Level 10 (or its equivalent) OR First class (or equivalent) in B.E./B. Tech. degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with at least 10 years’ experience in relevant field as Engineer, of which 5 years should be as Assistant Engineer in the Pay Level 10 (or its equivalent)
S No – 3: Ph.D. degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics/ Materials Engineering or Physics or equivalent. OR M.Tech. degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics/ Materials Engineering or equivalent with 03 years relevant experience. OR M.Sc./ B.Tech degree in Physics or Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics/ Materials Engineering or equivalent with 04 years relevant experience.
S No – 4: Ph.D degree in an appropriate engineering, physics and biology OR M. Tech degree in an appropriate engineering, physics and biology with 03 years relevant experience
S No – 5: Ph.D. degree in Engineering/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Biology/ Material Science OR M. Tech. degree in Engineering/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Biology/ Material Science with 03 years’ experience of working in a recognized University/ Institute/ National Level R&D Laboratory. OR M. Sc./ B. Tech degree in Engineering/ Chemistry/Physics/ Biology/ Material Science with 04 years’ experience of working in a recognized University/ Institute/ National Level R&D Laboratory.

Salary Details

S No – 1: Rs. 1,01,500/- Per Month
S No – 2: Rs. 67,700/- Per Month
S No – 3, 4, 5: Rs. 57,700/- Per Month

Age Limit

S No – 1: 50 years
S No – 2: 45 years
S No – 3, 4, 5: 40 years
